Hotel pick-up
・We will pick you up from your hotel. ・Pick-up times may vary depending on your hotel's location. ・After pick-up, we will proceed directly to the beach without stopping at our shop. Please wear your swimsuit before arriving.

Arrive at the beach, fill out the necessary documents and prepare.
・Please fill out the medical history form and waiver. ・You can also sign up for the underwater photography service ($50). ・Change into your wetsuit. ・The guide will explain the diving procedure.

Let's start diving!
・Practice diving in shallow water where you can stand. ・Hold onto a rope or the handle of a lifebuoy and descend slowly while constantly equalizing your ears. ・Swim while holding onto the rope until you become comfortable moving underwater.

・Remove your suit, towel-dry your body, and put on a T-shirt or similar garment. ・Drink water to rehydrate.

- Over the age of 10 can participate.
- Regarding health conditions, those who apply to the following are not allowed to participate.
- Restrictions
- If you plan to fly, climb a mountain, take a hot air balloon ride, or skydive after diving, please note that you must wait a certain amount of time before doing so. For a single dive, you must wait at least 12 hours; for multiple dives (or dives on consecutive days), you must wait at least 18 hours before going to areas with high atmospheric pressure. PADI, the diving instruction organization, recommends waiting 24 hours after diving.
- Those who are consuming alcohol or taking medication are not permitted to participate. If you require medication, please be sure to submit a doctor's certificate.

- If the participant is a minor, a parent or guardian's signature will be required on the necessary documents.
- To confirm that you are in good health, you will be asked to fill out a health check form/medical history form.
- Please arrive at the designated meeting point at each hotel 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. Latecomers may be unable to participate in the tour.
- Depending on the weather and sea conditions, the diving location may be changed or the tour may be canceled.
- If any additional options or other payments are required on the day of your visit, we will only accept cash (US dollars).
